Kroh, Tobias

Tobias Kroh received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering physics from University of Bayreuth in 2014. Before starting his Master’s degree in physics at University of Hamburg in 2015, he worked as an intern physicist at Dr. Johannes Heidenhain GmbH in Traunreut, Germany. He joined the group in 2015 as a research student and later spent half a year at MIT in the United States to perform experiments on two-color driven high-harmonic generation as part of his master thesis. In 2018 he started working in the group as a PhD student. His current research is geared torwards compact, laser-driven electron guns and high-efficiency THz sources.
